To facilitate seamless travel between Louisiana’s population centers and provide affordable nationwide travel for working-class families, federal funding will be secured to develop passenger Amtrak service connecting Shreveport, Baton Rouge, Natchitoches, and Alexandria. This initiative ensures that families are no longer forced to travel to New Orleans simply to catch a flight or access long-distance rail. By connecting our major hubs, we will stimulate the state economy, strengthen community ties, and allow all Louisianans to explore our country with ease

Opportunity Zones for Our Cities
To drive massive economic investment into Louisiana, we will lead specialized lobbying efforts in Washington to designate Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lafayette, Alexandria, and Natchitoches as Opportunity Zones. This strategic designation will attract new businesses, drive down crime rates, lower insurance premiums, and increase property values across these key regions.

Create Jobs & Rebuild Infrastructure
Louisiana requires major infrastructure improvements and comprehensive tax reform to lower the cost of living for our families. By modernizing our roads and bridges and simplifying the tax code, we will create high-paying jobs for our citizens and build a foundation for long-term prosperity.
Military Service Commutes Sentences
To address Louisiana’s high incarceration rate, we will sponsor legislation allowing non-violent offenders to reduce or commute their sentences through a voluntary term in the U.S. Armed Forces. This program honors the value of service while relieving overcrowded prisons, bolstering our military, and providing a clear path toward a bright future for former offenders.
Bring Respect Back to Officers
Our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day. It will be ensured that we fight for increased funding, superior training, and robust policies that support our police, empowering them to keep our communities safe and secure.
Education Over Indoctrination
Education should be returned to the states and the Federal Department of Education should be abolished, as it has failed in its mission to improve the American school system. Our schools should focus on academic excellence and teaching children to love their country. Furthermore, federal tax dollars must be reallocated to empower families in the inner city (areas that typically lack exceptional facilities) by giving them the opportunity to send their students to thriving charter schools.
Cut Government Waste
It is time to eliminate corruption and cut waste by restoring absolute transparency for the taxpayer. Every single dollar of public money must be held accountable; none shall be squandered or misused.
Secure Our Borders
Given the influx of illegal immigration over the last several decades, it is time to complete the border wall. We must take decisive action to protect Louisiana and its citizens from unchecked threats and ensure the safety of our communities.
Defend Free Speech
Corporate media and special interest groups must not be permitted to curtail the freedom of speech for their own agendas. We will lead the charge to ensure that American citizens are never unjustly silenced and that the First Amendment remains a reality for everyone.
